In each round : 

  • 2 minutes to start the machine, 
  • 90 seconds to power up
  • 30-second BLAST to let the horses loose.

Between each workshop, take a minute to breathe (and cheer yourself on with your partner).

On the programme: strengthening, cardio, teamwork and guaranteed fun!

50-minute sessions in a DRIP atmosphere: come and sweat, let off steam and have a good time without pressure or judgement.
