Il s\u2019agit de <\/span><b>gestion de la fatigue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de <\/span><b>qualit\u00e9 de mouvement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et de <\/span><b>strat\u00e9gie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Bien ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e, cette station peut devenir un avantage. Mal abord\u00e9e, elle peut co\u00fbter tr\u00e8s cher. Tr\u00e8s cher.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>O\u00f9 se situe la station dans la course et ce que cela implique<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les fentes Hyrox arrivent en fin de course. Les jambes sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 lourdes, le cardio est haut, et la lucidit\u00e9 commence \u00e0 baisser.
